1. Returns
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

- In the original packaging.
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items

- Custom or personalized products.
- Perishable goods (such as food or plants).
- Sale items or gift cards.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the stated period:
- First, check your bank account or credit card statement.
- Then contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, send us an email at support@accountingqb.shop.
6. Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail it to: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
